Bradford Relationships Matter

In most relationships it’s normal to have the occasional argument and if resolved fairly they cause no harm and can help children who follow this example to have better relationships with others throughout their life.   However if this becomes frequent, intense, or poorly resolved it can affect children’s mental health, behaviour and the way they perform at school.

Bradford Relationships Matter webpage has been created to provide help, advice and support for parents – whether together or separated- to help them deal with conflict in a constructive way which does not harm their children.

There are free courses and resources that you can access to help you, videos and also The Little Book of Relationship Tips.  If you feel you need to speak to someone for more help, links for local services are available.
